Is it possible to customize the service to your needs?
Yes. You choose which sites and which sellers to follow, which columns to show in the matrix (final price, list price, discount, difference against your site) and where to set the traffic-light thresholds. You also get an API and an MCP server to pull the data into your ERP, your BI or your AI assistant.
What types of data are being monitored?
Final price, list price, discount, which seller is publishing, how many sellers fight over the same listing and when a product runs out of price. All of it per site and per day.
How often is the data updated?
We keep tracking every site, so you always see the latest price. The dashboard shows how long ago each one was updated, and the calendar lets you move back day by day.
How do I start using Turbodato?
Book a demo, we agree on which sites to follow and you upload your catalog from an Excel file or product by product. Within days your board is up and running.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We walk you through the setup and you keep a direct line to the team. You can also create sub-users and give each one access only to the boards they need.
Can I monitor international markets?
Yes. We follow whichever sites you point us to, in Argentina or abroad. Each board is built with its own list of sites and products.
Can I monitor specific products by SKU or GTIN?
Yes. Each product is loaded with name, EAN, SKU, brand, category and URL, and you can then search by any of those fields, both on the board and through the API.
Can you monitor products from marketplaces like Amazon or Mercado Libre?
Yes, and that is where it shows the most: on a marketplace several sellers fight over the same listing, so we show you the winning price, who set it and how many sellers are competing.
